Monday- Sick
Tuesday- 20 min warm up/weight loss program walk on treadmill, 30 minute session with trainer.
Wednesday- REST DAY (but on feet all day at work :) )

I try to do the same thing Monday through Friday.

Early - 15 minutes on treadmill, warm-up to good clip. Then Rodney Yee daily yoga video - 5 different routines, one for each day.

Walk during work day - usually about 3 miles

Before dinner - 20 minutes on elliptical then yoga stretches

Intend to do strength training while watching tv in evening, have not been doing much of that.

Weekends - Usually walk outside, maybe some yoga
