Let's go into the summer strong with our goals for weight loss The monthly weight loss challenge is a great place to track your progress in June and each month of the year.

State your goal for June and join a supportive and encouraging group to help you meet it. We will compile our goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

Since I lost 1.5 in May, this seems like a reasonable goal for June.

My goal is to drop 7. We will see what June 1st weigh in brings me. Probably up from today as how was that even possible?

06/01: 221.2 (0.0) As expected, a slight uptick in the weight from yesterday, but just a smidge (.3)
06/02: 222.1 (+0.9) Repeating last month maybe with ovulation gain?

Thinking about a suitable goal for June it would be to get back to the 230's.
It is going to be a challenge as there is going to be a family reunion at the house of the mouse late this month.
Fitness Goals for this month are to keep up the 4+ cardio sessions and alternating upper and lower body workouts. Friday's Weigh in was 246.7 so I would like to set the mini goal at getting into the 230's and the maxi goal to make it to 235.

I appreciate all the support this board offers!

Well I aimed WAY too high for May but also fell off a few times -- so instead of 10 pounds for June I am going to shoot for 8 pounds!!

I start a new program tomorrow and eating will be in CHECK!! So feel this is DOABLE!!

Hi all! My goal is to lose 5 pounds in June. I think as long as I keep up with my walking (doing 10,000 steps a day) and eat sensibly, I will meet that goal!

I took a couple cheat days at the end of May for my son's birthday, so I'm starting June a little high. I'm going to be pretty ambitious with my goal for the month: 149.8! I don't know if it'll happen, but it's doable, I think, and I'd loooove to be in the 140s again this month.

The scale has absolutely not budged. Well, it fluctuated up but this morning, I am again at 210. I realize my plan is about slow loss (maybe I shouldn't have chosen a monthly weight challenge...) so I'm accepting of this. This next week, though, I'm making a goal to have one smoothie a day and also to drink six big glasses of water a day.

Okay so I fell off the wagon! But then I got back on Whoo! My sleep schedule has been crazy. My body had no clue what day it was because my insomnia turned into sleeping... All day. So I got confused. Is it a new day to my body or is it the same? So yea. 2 pounds away from being under 200! Can't wait!

Wow! Congratulations- you are nearly there. Just imagine how good it will feel!

As for me. I've managed to lose about 2 lbs/1kg in a week :carrot:. I haven't been dieting or exercising much more than normal so I put it down to the 3FC support. Thank you all;)

Been lurking...plan to make it back in Jully. Gained almost 8 pounds in the 9 days at Disney World. YIKES!!! Love seeing that you all are still going strong. Congrats to all! I am working on taking it back off, but will hit it super-hard come July.

Oop, down to 273. Though my other scale said 271.8. 273 seems more reasonable, though. A 1.2lb. difference is NBD.

Though I did go way off plan today, but hopefully the love I have for fries goes down after how cruddy and slightly nauseated I felt after eating them with the half-beef, half-veggie burger (BTW, BurgerFi's quinoa burger is pretty legit).

My goal for this month was 15 pounds... and i lost 11. I am 4 pounds away from my goal. I was soooo close!
