Chicks up for a Challenge - 15 lb weight loss goal by end of summer

I am ready to set a goal of losing 15 lbs by the end of August. Since I am really out of shape my goal is to start with walking 1 mile a day, 4 days a week and then gradually work up to two and then three miles a day, 4 days a week. I need to do this for my health. Right now I weigh 165 lbs. I look forward giving and receiving support. I can do this!!
