i just added my signature weight tracker and had a wow moment. i'm 60 pounds till my goal, wow! it doesn't seem like much to me even though i'm losing weight so slowly lately.
my goal is to get into the 100's by the end of the year which is a very reachable goal i think. i'm not setting the bar too high lol.
Congratulations on your weight loss, that's a huge accomplishment! I think it's awesome that you're going slowly and learning what you need to learn along the way to maintain for a lifetime!
