Starting Phase II - Need Help
I have completed Phase I and I have had success, the problem is, I am at the point where I get sick to my stomach thinking of eating the foods that I have been eating during Phase I. Maybe I need more variety.
Here is the plan I have been following most days:
B - 2 egg quiche muffins, V8 juice, string cheese
S - peanuts
L - Salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black beans and sliced deli meat, and dressing (whatever I have with me)
S - Celery & peanut butter
D - grilled meat of some sort, sautéed veggies
Do you have any suggestions?
