I'm down around 3 pounds. I'm "officially" under 300 this week (even though i already knew that from weighing in unofficially every day).

This week is different. I placed the scale in the closet and i won't pull it out till Monday of next week.

Matt I can't wait to be under 300lb. I was close in 1992 but no dice. This time I'm going to do it. You must be so proud of your self.

I am very excited to post that after weighing in with an E last week (we'll call it 300), I weighed in at 292.5 this morning!! Yippeee! That's a loss of 7.5 lbs! Very excited!!

FINALLY!!! Weighed in this morning at 199.5. That's a loss of 4.5 pounds this week. The scale is finally moving again and I'm finally out of the 200's. I just hope it keeps moving.

Lots of great losses this week. Angi, you are doing amazing. Matt, see you did better than you thought would. Sandi, that is a great loss!!! Howie, can't wait to hear how your weigh in goes. SAPF, hang in there, it will come back off, just stay strong!!

Down 3 pounds, to 307 (actually, 306.5, but I round up). It's the exercise that does the trick for me.

Well I lost 1lb this week. Maybe next week will be another big one. I guess with everything I piged out on last Tuesday I can't complain to much. It was tetering between 1 and 2 so I took the lowest as always. I am now back to having lost 100lbs from my highest weight. So that is something to be happy about. We have some great post this week. Congrats to all.

Congrats everyone, you had some amazing losses this week!

I maintained at 170 this week. I was hoping for at least a 1 lb. loss but no such luck. Oh well, next week will be better.
