I had a friend visiting from out of town - so you know what that means -- I fell off just a little!!

I will be doing a cleanse for the next 3 days so I should drop QUICK!! I have Vegas in a little more than a month so determined to be CLOSER to my goal by then!

helpmelose I fell off the wagon big time. Last week I got to see 159.4 and today I weighed in at 168. Which cleanse are you doing?

Now it's just a matter of keeping that loss and building on it. Which always seems to be the catch when I have a solid weigh in day.

I cant seem to budge from 239 =( Maybe I'll get a sweet woosh.. but right now all I am is frustrated >.< been 239 for 2 weeks!

Well I didn't plan the cleanse out very well! I kind of struggle I am a flight attendant and with being gone so often I didn't pack the right stuff.

I will start the cleanse tomorrow (********** cleanse) since I can weigh in again and I have the stuff at home so I will just pack and be ready for my next trip :(

No weigh in today since no scale

CharityMarie Hopefully you get a swoosh! Have you changed anything in your eating? Drinking enough water?

helpmelose with me one thing leads to another. I can't have bad carbs at all. It I want a muffin it needs to be a one minute muffin with flaxseed meal. It I want bread it's best for me to do the oopsie bread, for potato salad and mac n cheese I need to use cauliflower, for spaghetti I need to use to the Shirataki zero pasta. Most times with me, I just don't want to prepare these things so I don't and the cravings get so bad I just cave. So far yesterday and today have been OP so I have reeled myself back in.
