Monday- wore pedometer all day, including 1.5 miles to and from car/work, 35 mins on elliptical, 15 mins treadmill, 17,284 steps, 1 hour exercise class
Tuesday- wore pedometer all day, including 1.5 miles to and from car/work, 35 mins on elliptical, 47 mins on treadmill and about 13 mins AMT machine, 22,135 steps

Sunday - Plan to do different Rodney Yee Yoga DVD, walk 2 miles
