feeling discouraged...started last saturday and I am 6 weeks post baby and I have 50 pounds to lose. I lost 5 pounds the first two days but since (the past 3 mornings) the scale hasn't budged AT ALL! It is so demotivating...am I doing something wrong? I am completely sticking to the plan....

Give it a week or two. Make sure that you are drinking all your water. Pick a day to weigh in, and do it once a week for the first month or so. If you stick to the program, you will see results. No cheating, even one piece of bread can throw your fat burn off for a few days. Good luck and don't give up!
