South Beach Diet - Anybody a member of the South Beach Diet Online?

Just wondering what it's like. I have the book but was wondering if my dieting experience could be "enhanced" by joining the website. :dizzy:

Well, my pal noronoranora, is a member. She was not really impressed and suggested I not join it. Maybe she'll pop back in here and give us the straight poop.

From what I saw, they are still getting there act together. Too many "Coming Soons" for me to spend anything yet.

I looked it over and I think that I can get whatever support I need here. As for information about it, again, I can get it here and at the Prevention and ediet sites.
