Well I done it, now comes the Maintenance! I lost around 70 pounds in 19 weeks.

I started on October 14, 2013 218.2 lbs and I reached around 145 pounds towards the end of February.

I counted my bites, not calories, and Exercised Leslie Sansone and the weight just fell off.

I am 5 feet 6.5 inches so that puts me just over a BMI of 23

I am contuiting to count bites in Maintenance Mode!

Yay! I feel better Mentally and Physically!

I'm a calorie counter myself, but I just started Leslie Sansone. She's a real butt-kicker! Congrats on your loss!

Your stats are pretty close to mine, and I couldn't imagine losing that much in just 19 weeks :dizzy: That is awesome girl, good luck in maintenance!

Congratulations this sounds amazing... I want maybe 50-60 and I'm also 5 6.5' !!! So this is super inspiring!

Congrats!!! That is an impressive amount to lose. What is counting bites? (obviously I can figure out what it means but can you go into more detail?)

Thanks! Counting bites is a way of losing and maintaining weight loss for life. It is the same principle as Calorie Counting, only much easier. I use an app for my iphone that automatically counts my bites, and when I go away from home sometimes I will place it on my lap and it vibrates when I need to take each bite, no calorie counting or special foods involved. I can eat whatever I want.

My starting wt. is close to yours so I feel I can relate. I am happy w/my progress on the plan I'm currently on (17 Day Diet plan). I just completed the 1 st cycle & am excited I lost almost 10 lbs. Hearing your success is motivating--thanks for posting!
