Weight Loss Support - Accountability to June 2.

A few months ago someone created a spreadsheet that allowed weekly weight tracking. I loved the accountability it offered having to post my weekly progress. Since then I've gained a few pounds, I could blame a family death and some stress eating.. but the truth is.. there will ALWAYS be events in life that cause us emotional stress! I CHOSE to eat through it. I'm 179lbs, 5'8 and 1/2" =) that half is important to me!! and by June 2... I'd like to be 165 lbs.
Let us enter summer feeling fresh and lighter on our feet!
Join me in tracking our weight with this link! If it doesn't work let me know so I can allow public users. I'm not a spreadsheet expert, but I'll surely give it a try!

I'm in! My 10th wedding anniversary is at the end of May, I just logged in to 3FC looking for a group with this timeline. :)
I'd like to lose 15-20 lbs by then. I weighed in at 156.8 lbs this morning.
March 23- 156.8 lbs

I'm in! June 2nd is my birthday and I was just thinking it would be a great day to achieve a certain goal. Now you've motivated me to put it on paper!

I'm in! I've been lazy after losing 10 pounds, and i gotta be careful. This was just hat I needed - Thanks!
I'm going to set a goal of 175. My body likes to take it's sweet time letting go of the pounds :)

Yay!!! What strategies work for you all to keep from giving into temptations? ..
My biggest downfall is grabbing a handful of chips.. or a cookies... then later another handful.. or another cookies! It adds up and it's never really anything worth it.
I think I'll be adding more fruit and veggie smoothies to fill up during times that I usually get the urge to snack! -

I lost more than typical this week, probably because I am coming off of vacation. I'll take it anyway I can get it! Thanks for organizing this Cheyenneb4u.

Alright... I'm feeling motivated now.. Yesterday was a good eating day. Usually if I get 3 or 4 good eating days in a row.. I get in the rhythm and can stay good. So a couple more days and I'll be solid on the right track.
If I just take ONE step in the right direction, the other foot will have no choice but to follow!!!

Why does it show me as losing 146.60? I only wish I lost that much! :rofl: Seriously, I can't correct it. I noticed that the doc also moved me down to the bottom of the list- did someone try to help me and fix it, but it didn't work for them, either? The other day, it showed 116.8 or something like that pounds lost- it went up since yesterday. Darn, I wish weight loss was that easy. :D

I'll take a look... Someone alphabetized it... I'll look at the command to see where the calculation error is!!!
