My entire world is my bike. It goes everywhere with me! I lost 80lbs riding it last year and then came to a point where I just wasn't riding as much. I've recently gotten back into riding it again, and the love connection hasn't been lost!

Does anyone else here use bike riding as their work out?

My boyfriend bought me a bike last fall and I've only really just now had the chance to ride. I'm really enjoying it and man is it challenging! We rode 7 miles last weekend which is the most I've ever done, and I thought my legs were going to fall off... :o

I mostly look forward to riding so I can show off my bike, it's so pretty (so, I'm shallow...). It's awesome that you're getting back into it and that is an AMAZING weight loss!!!

Congratulations on making it 7 miles! When I first started out even 1 mile was way too much for me, I'd collapse at the half way point wishing someone would put me out of my misery! I average 6 miles a day depending on when my lunch break is.

A pretty bike matters! No one wants to ride if their bike looks ugly. I'll admit, I do enjoy making sure I match my uniform to my bike. So I guess we can both be shallow there haha
