if you want help, do you want to share what you have been doing? To see what ideas other people come up with?
What is your plan? Are you keeping a food diary. I think its my number one thing. If you don't keep a food diary how can you know what to change? How can you analyse objectively what you might be doing/not doing to cause you to stall so soon.
Just one random thought that i think a lot of people need to learn early on to avoid disappointment. SALT.
