Good job, Ruth Ann! I always say that I want to curl up with a pizza when I have those feelings.

Way to go Ruth Ann! Exercising seems like such a smart response to stress - this way not only are you NOT eating food you probably don't need, you are giving your body a "happy feelings" boost. Now I wonder why I don't have something physical to do when I am stressed out & wanting to eat. Hmmmm, I don't have a treadmill, maybe I could do push ups and squats instead.....

At any rate, thank you for making me think!

I use those "Walk Away the Pounds" DVDs at home. They are very low impact and you don't need much room!

I am hoping to hang out here if that is OK? I am pretty new and I need to do this 100%. It is my first time and I want to make it work!!

Thanks everyone for the nice words! It did feel pretty good to "slay the dragon"! Of course, in times past I would have slain him and then eaten him!

And welcome MsGracie - you'll love it here!

Today is day 20 of P1 and I have been OP 100% the whole time. I'm determined that this will work for me. I've seen it work for all of you. I can do this.
