Good morning, Beachers! It's a glorious day here in the UK. We've been on a spring roll for about a week now! Long may it continue.

I know a few of us had mini - goals for March, so I thought I would do a mid-month, mini-goal check-in.

My goal for this month was 9 lbs and I'm happy to report that I've lost 4lbs as of this morning. :carrot:

Though, I will concede, I've not been very disciplined some days with my diet. But, I've been trying to be better lately and the results are showing. I've also signed up for an adult ballet class, which is good fun and hard work!

Amber, I am envious - not of your weightloss but of Spring! I'm glad you have both spring and weightloss. I remember being in England one February and soaking up the early spring.
