Hello all, I joined this forum a few years ago, however, haven't participated in a lonnnnng time.
A few years ago I did the South Beach diet with a very good success, but I was looking for a quick weight loss and didn't understand that what I need it was a new life style.
Over the past 3 years, I have learn a lot and have manage to maintain my weight. However, I don't want to keep maintaining, I want to be in a healthy weight and feel good about it...I'm a carb and sugarholic and need to get this under control again.
