They say third time's a charm, right?

I've been up and down ever since I joined this site wayyy back in 2010. I originally lost 50+ pounds that first time around, and have steadily gained ever since then...past my starting weight from before, sadly. My coworkers and I recently started a "Biggest Loser" competition at work, and so we have all been trying to eat better. I have even been going to gym about four to five times a week with a couple of friends for about the past month. I'm eight pounds down so far. Losing slightly slower than I expected, but I'm definitely happy with how I'm feeling!

I'm hoping to use this site again to keep my motivation, gain some helpful tips, and maybe even gain a few friends along the way. I'm looking forward to finally changing myself for the better - for good.

Hello and welcome back! This is also my 3rd...or 4th time I've been back since I joined in 2012. Good luck with "the biggest loser" competition! Me and my coworkers tried that at one point but we failed miserably lol Its the beginning of the month so a bunch of 'challenges' and accountability threads are starting up.
