Grr - I've been stuck at bloody 152 for two and a half weeks. I don't know why - I have been so good. it did dip down to 151.2 but had gone back up again.

I am so due a whoosh!

Robsia, 152 lbs. was one of my set points. I had a heck of a time breaking through it, but once I did I whooshed.

I seem to be at another set point at 140 range. I am going very low carb again to break through this setpoint.

I think the daily weights are getting me down. I'm going to take a break and focus on meals and add in some cardio this week. I'll find the new thread and check in with you all in a week or two. Keep up the fight!

Ok I'm feeling better and am back to weighing and posting (had horrible stomach virus for 5 days!)

So I think it would be unfair to wipe out the challenge since I lost a ton of weight from being sick. So I'm going to start over from what the scale said today and move forward from there :)

Nope. :( Pretty sure the problem is that I upped my calories a couple hundred a day to help with some breastfeeding problems so now I'm stalling. Hopefully it cuts it out soon!

BigChief, I guess the breastfeeding has your body holding steady? It's very interesting how our weight can just bounce so much with things like this.

Not much change on my end either. My body is stabilizing after losing that weight from the virus. I'm not complaining though. :)

So I think my scale is actually broken. I'm gonna pick up some batteries and see if that's the trouble.

Olivia, I do think the breastfeeding makes my body want to hold on to weight. It's like "No no no, you save that fat for feeding the baby!" But I've got plenty of fat to spare, so off it goes. Hopefully. :)
