Atkins - The Jump Start- 2 weeks of low carb

Hello all
I lost 25lb calorie counting. For the past month I have been stalling and my eating is becoming out of control. I decided to jump start my weight loss and gain control over my eating habits by going low carb. I aware that the first two weeks are the hardest. So I plan on posting here and tracking my weight loss and my thoughts concerns ect. Anyone else just starting out? Or just want to offer advice feel free to chime in!

I too am starting to not eat carbs. I only eat good carbs br. rice, sweet potato, barley, and fruits.

This is what my doctor adviced to help me stop binge eating. When I start to eat sugars and carbs high in sugar (not natural sugars). I binge horribly. There's no stopping me.

I do know It is so much better not eating them. I sleep and feel wonderful.

Good Luck!!! Low carb works for a lot of people.
Its always a balance. Carbs/Calories ...
and exercise....

I hope you have great success.
