Looking forward to this month. I had a bad month last week. My aunt died and I had to put my cat down, so I didn't stay on plan at all... anyway - March is looking positive, so lets rock and roll!

I didn't quite make my goal of 179.9 for February, but it was a very lofty goal and I am not discouraged! my only fear is that I may encounter some difficulties, since this week was my first week back to work full time. Just have to keep my goals in the back of my head the whole time.

I went on a cruise at the end of February and ate at the buffet at least 5 times a day plus had soft-serve ice cream and pizza for a midnight snack each night which caused a 10 pound gain in less than two weeks. My goal this month is to get back to my pre-vacation weight.
