Here is a place to post your daily weigh ins and list your goals for the month. My goal is 5 lbs.

SW- 187.2
GW- 181

3/7- 185.8
3/14- 182.3
3/21- 182.5
3/28- 181.2

Hi everyone! I have been lurking and reading but haven't been posting at all since last year, been having a hard time in my personal life BUT I am not going to let that derail me. I want to make goal before May so I signed up for my first race, a 5k on 5/10/14. I am so excited, I have been training on my treadmill the last 2 weeks and plan to start outside this week, weather permitting. I am a walker, I was walking up to 5 miles 2-3 times a week last year and I have never enjoyed running so I plan to do it and see if I will enjoy it now, lol.

3/6- 165.2 (-1.8)
3/13- 164.0 (-1.2)
3/20- 161.6 (-2.4)
3/27- 161.8 (+.2)

Total lost for March: -5.2

Pounds until lifetime- 9.8 !! YAY :)

My goal is 5 lbs.

SW- 288.6
GW- 283.6

3/4- 287.8 1 workout ( was out of town for work)
3/14-286.4 5 workouts but the first part of the week I wasn't consistent w/tracking. Could def tell the difference. Feels like I wasted my workouts :)
3/21-284.6
3/28-

Pounds until lifetime- too many to think about but I have 19 pounds until my first 10%!

Exercise Goals- weekly: earn 20 activity points, 4 classes at Y, walk 10k steps at least 4 days

I am starting in the middle here but still want to jump in.

Starting 3/14 at 176 I would be happy to lose 5lbs by 4/1 putting me at 171
