Posted this on another thread I post on but I'm gonna post it here with you all too :) ... since my birthday is in April I have decided as a present to me I want to be 10lbs lighter than I am today. That would bring me to 156.2. Oh my wouldn't that be a great present and victory and I think it is doable. 10lbs in 7 weeks ... a little over 1.4lbs a week :) Comments????

Good morning ALL ... I am happy to report a new low of 165.6. I am .6 more than I was on 9/24/10 ... which was my all time low. I am very proud of me. I so want to get out of the 160's this go around and not get a big head and think I look fine and gain all of my weight back. I have set a new goal of getting to 156 by my birthday in April. I do hope that I can do it.

I'm so 'all over the place' lately -- i had exercise down, but I wasn't eating well, then I was fixing the eating, but not exercising...lately I haven't been doing either! I have got to get it together!! It's motivating to see you doing so well Rennie. I'm going to focus on the next 20lbs and then go from there.

Angie, that is me exactly ... I did very well in January exercise and food wise. The last month I only exercised twice and ate kind of ok. I loss focus and it showed for sure. I am hoping to do better today, however I already want chips and it's only 10:56am not good though I did eat 2 eggs, ham and cheese for breakfast with green tea and water. So that is my plus for the day.

jodoto :welcome: to the thread :) I'd love to lose 10lbs but don't know if that is possible since I have already cut out most carbs and sweets. I don't know what else to do to. :shrug:

Best of luck to us ... WE CAN and WE WILL do this ... we're gonna march those numbers right down the line :hug:

Rennie -- Good job on the treadmill walk today! I did some pilates tonight to make up for the cupcake I ate at a bridal shower :cookie: Overall it was a good day though, I'm happy with how I did.

Terra, when I do get a chance to walk on the treadmill it is only for an hour. I was thinking ---> If you have a smart phone? There are free walking apps that you can download that will track your calories burned and distance during your walks. There is one called the run keeper (I think, I downloaded it but never used it) I think you can calibrate it to walking instead of running. I said all of that to say. Depending on your pace during your walks you may burn enough calories doing just one walk for 20 minutes after each meal, totaling 60 minutes a day, if you eat 3 main meals a day. Just a thought and it would save money on a pedometer. Also most of those phone apps will sync to some other chart that you are using on the computer I believe. The run keeper I saw on MFP if you use that. But loseit or fatsecret and maybe fitday may have their own exercise app. again just a thought :)

Terra you don't have to walk fast it's the fact that you are getting the walks in that counts. :) You keep up the good work with your 90 to 135 minute daily walks. :) I'll get there one of these years ;)

I have been trying to start running for the past 5 months. I have been told to do C25K but have yet to attempt it. I did try in 2011 but gave up. I can only pick up speed for about 30 seconds and then I have to slow down but I can get up to 4.9mph. My norm is 3.5-3.9 brisk walking to get my heart rate up :) which helps burn the calories. When I first started walking I could barely go 15-20 minutes so I've made progress.

I'm stuckkkkkk at 196.3. Argh! I did okay today though, no real snacking (that I can remember) and I managed to get quite a bit of water, although not all of it.

My calories were low yesterday thanks to some ridiculous snacking I decided to drink tea for dinner since I wasn't hungry anyway ... I think that's what is also referred to as intuitive eating, right? Today's calories are already on MFP and though not where they should be I have full meals planned, I may add a snack, idk. I am down .2 this morning to 164.8 a number I have never seen before :)

Sighhh, yet another day at 196.3. At least I'm not gaining right. I've decided that I'm not going to stress about it this month, especially since I've got so much else going on with work, packing, moving later this month, and of course my Peanut. If I manage to end the month with a loss, then great, but if I can at least maintain until the move, I'm okay with that. I know that once we move and I have access to a gym again, I'll have a renewed focus.

Kukkie I think the packing and the move alone will get the scale moving. You can burn a ton of calories with all of the up and down and stretching. When are you moving again? Just keep checking in ... I like knowing you are here and coming to check in when you have time :hug:

Checking in for the first time this month. Switched hotels this week so I have a kitchen and a much better gym. My client brings in lunch every Tues/Thurs and they are seriously health conscious. I feel like this is going to be great for me to keep me in a healthy mindset!

Since I will be traveling consistently, I want to switch it up to weekly weigh ins but I will still post daily to stay in touch and keep on track. I find that the more I post, the more I hold myself accountable!

Rennie, that's amazing girl! And I think your bday goal is very doable! Rock it!

Kukkie, that's hilarious and cute at the same time :) glad to see you still posting and working through everything!

Good morningggg!!!! Momma needs a caffeine IV today. Peanut was up at 4am (at least I think it was 4am), but cuddled back to sleep with me for an hour, and then up screaming in pain at 5. Sigh. I hate teeth. Why do we need teeth? My son is such a sensitive teether and his pain lasts bloody forever before a tooth actually pops out. He's almost 14 months, but only has 6 teeth, which is fine, except I just want them all out so we can all go back to sleeping peacefully again. Okay, rant over. I'm still at 196.3. Go figure :lol:

Anybody eating healthy pancakes today?

Kukkie is orajel not helping or tylenol? I agree teething is a true pain, it's crazy that they hurt them so bad. I hope you get a good cup of coffee that gives you the boost that you need today and that tonight is better :hug:

I told my husband that we should take the kids to IHOP today (they are out of school thanks to the weather) He just looked at me (he has to work this evening) :D I would fix some but I may be tempted to eat them and I am already up 1.6 thanks to my feast on Honey Nut Cheerios last evening, smh, I will learn one day

I went to the gym walked 3.5 miles burned 323 calories but I had 193 carbs today not good at all. Not expecting a loss in the morning for sure.

Terra, as Rennie said you should try to log your food for the day. Post it up here if you want so people can offer advice. Try cutting out carbs for 1 day and walking, try to reduce sodium, etc. you will find what works; just have to analyze the crap out of your current strategy to find the tweaks :)

Rennie, I love that cereal :) I went to the gym tonight and did 20 mins jogging on the treadmill. I did it right after I ate so I started getting cramps in my side :( oh well, day by day right?

Kukkie, girl I hear you on the caffeine IV. I waited in the Starbucks line for 20 mins this am and didnt think twice. Had to have it. Hope you get some rest tonight!

Still at the same weight. Peanut's night was even worse; he woke up 2 hours after going to bed and then 4 hours after that, which was right around the time that the Tylenol was probably wearing off. Rough night.

Rennie we've used infant tylenol, infant advil (never together), orajel, some homeopathic stuff. The poor child just has low tolerance for pain, or it just really really hurts.

Kukkie I am so sorry :hug: It hurts us when they hurt, I know :) I still feel the pain when one of them doesn't feel well or hurts themselves. Even my Chelle when she calls to say Mom I'm not feeling well or this hurts what can I do? Still my baby :) I still get up and get in the bed with them if I can until they fall back to sleep :) I pray you get some rest and that tooth finally breaks through :hug:

I stayed the same today, not good because my calories were low so today when I eat like I am supposed to tomorrow I'll have a gain. I need to work on something that I can do here in the house to get the scale moving and get this body in shape. I don't want to be stuck at this weight or in the 160's.

love2b150 I just increased my water intake and that seemed to do it for me. It was the only thing that I had changed.

I lost .6lb today. It's moving in the right direction at least.
I'm now 99lbs away from my highest GW and 110lbs away from my lowest GW

I did a walk video on cable. I had to modify it a bit because my right knee and thigh start to ache after awhile. I can walk fine but when it comes to leg/knee lifts and kicks it hurts. I'm gonna keep at this one though because I did break a little sweat. Had I done it totally the way the lady did I probably would have burned some serious calories. Hope to do better tomorrow :) Oh my eating was off the chain so I don't know what the scale will say, smh. It's sad to me to think that I can't control what goes in my mouth. I don't know what to do. :( I did get all of my water in :)

I am up 1.4 today ... I know where I went wrong so I expected it. Today I am trying a 3 day diet and so far so good. I saw it on MFP it's called the military 3 day diet. I read how it works and why the combinations seem weird. I'll give it a shot to make me happy, hopefully get the scale moving and see how I do. Then I'll go back to my Slow/Low Carbing :) Wish me luck :)

We have a new puppy and he is keeping me busy first thing in the morning and I've been thrown off my routine -- I've forgotten to weigh in (before eating) for the last two mornings. I was up a bit the other day, but not a surprise since I ate lunch and dinner out on Thursday...since then I haven't been that careful about ingredients/nutrients, but I'm pretty close to my calorie range for weight loss, so I'm hoping I'll be back to a bit lower again by my weigh in tomorrow.

I finally remembered to weigh in (after 2 bites of breakfast) and I'm back down to 235.6, so not too bad since this weekend was so hectic and I ate lots of 'wrong' things.

Angie that's funny about Cam and Jigsaw ... they all wants pets until they find out just how much it entails :) Rissa keeps asking for a pet, you should hear the promises as to what she will do for it, too funny. ;) No I don't fast often. That was my first attempt in a long while and I blew it. I am going back to no pasta, rice, bread, junk food. I didn't know Cam and Rissa (she'll be 11 in January) were so close in age (or maybe I just forgot).

Well as I said I am going back to what I did in January and I hope I can get this mind right so that the body can get healthy. I don't understand why I do soooo good and then just eat anything like it's ok and expect (in my head) not to see a change ... hopefully I'll learn this time :)

Terra, walking at the mall sounds good. During the winter when I was in New England for a project, I would walk the mall at night and look at the stores/clothes I hope to be in someday. Was inspiring!

Rennie, you did amazing in January (and so did I). We both need to find that motivation and get back there. I feel mine coming soon.

As for me, I did have an upswing of 5 pounds last week....lots of water weight as I did not binge eat or anything. This week I have been on plan and I did workout :) It's only Wednesday but the weather looks nice this weekend so I hope to get in a few miles!

I have some biscuits in the oven and they smell so good but I won't dare touch them other than to butter some of them. I got my walk in 3.52 miles my burn was 315.2 not too shabby :D I hope it pays off :crossed: I still have another 24ozs of water to drink.

Hey everyone!

Work has been quite busy and Peanut is refusing to sleep on his own lately. Not sure if it's time for him to transition to one nap. The good news is that we managed to get him into daycare, close to my work and close to the new home! And he'll start right after we move (13 days left). It'll be a lot of change for him at once, new home, new routine, new people - I'm a bit worried, but hubby tells me it's better to do all the change at once, instead of settling into the new place and then starting daycare.

My weigh-in has consistently been 198.3 for the past few days. Doesn't help that we had pizza last night. I can't wait to start working out again, I miss the burn, I miss that good sweat.

Hope you guys are doing well.

Kukkie, I have to agree with your husband all at once is better and Peanut's young so that will be all the better. :hug: I honestly use to keep my kids up I wouldn't let them nap in the late afternoon/early evening when they stopped sleeping through the night. It would be so funny to watch them fight but it was so worth it for them to sleep all night :) I think once you move and get settled you'll start to see changes. I remember when you moved before it was a happy time but still stressful :hug:

akelly, I honestly thought I was going to go stir crazy last night :dizzy: I went in the refrigerator and pantry so many times it was crazy. There were 7 biscuits left so I had to wrap them up before bed :drool: LOL a small piece from the bottom stuck to the pan from two of them and I thought that won't hurt, smh. But I knew had I ate those thin layers it would have been all over (BIG SIGH) I'm ready for spring also. It was so nice up through midday yesterday. Before church the temperature dropped and then on the way it rained so hard I thought I was in SC/FL we couldn't see a thing. Then got up this morning to 34 degrees :brr: and windy as can be. I like the 70's temps, not to hot just right :D

I'm hoping to stay OP today. We went to the gym I only did 2.5 miles and burn according to the treadmill was 258. I ate raw baby carrots for the first time (well I tasted a piece before) today I ate 1.5ozs with some spinach dip that wasn't very good but I finished the carrots so that's a plus. I only like carrots cooked in a stew or soup, no nutritional value at that point ;)

My calories today were 1885 and my carbs were 87 ... much higher than yesterday, smh. I got to the gym earlier and burned 270.4 calories on the treadmill so maybe that will help some :crossed:

Angie good for you on surviving week one with the puppy, like the two puddles of pee comment that was cute :) Nice loses for the month :high:. I haven't lost a thing. As usual I do good and then mess up. My Mom and some other family members did have good comments about my weight yesterday so I felt really good about.

Kukkie I made the one minute muffin. I made a cinnamon one and an almond flavored one. They both smell good but they are quite bland in taste. I googled how to make them better and found that toasting them is a plus and then I made some sweet cream cheese icing with splenda and cream cheese. Not great but not as bland. I need to put it all in MFP and see how many calories one of these things are :)

Yay, managed to get away from this weird up I had. Down 1.6 to 196.7. We move next week. I can't wait to start working out again. I'm find I'm so damn tired all the time. And I know part of it is because Peanut still isn't sleeping well. Seems like he's got a mouth full of teeth coming in, argh, but I think a bigger reason is that I'm just not working out the way I used to, which in turn means I'm not eating as well either. This week is going to be hard with food, we're trying to finish out what's in our fridge and cupboards so we're not transporting lots of food next week, but that means a good chunk of it's going to be processed stuff. Soo, I've determined that my goal for this week is to make sure I get a full 2L of water in everyday.

I have gained 2.4lbs of water in 3 days. Weigh in this morning 167 even. I don't know what's wrong with me sometimes. :dizzy: As of today I have 7lbs to lose by my birthday next month :) Now that will take a miracle. I have also decided that I will fast every Tuesday from dinner to dinner. I will try with green tea and water, but if I don't feel right I may have to drink some broth to keep my blood sugar in check.

As glad as I am to be back at work, it's been really hard to find a routine because of the move. I'm just waiting for the end of next week to come around and then we can finally settle into a routine that should be good for all of us!

Ok today has been a pretty good day. I ate OP other than some cheese balls, I went to the gym walked 3.61 miles burned 447 calories. I made two batches of oopsie bread. One to use as a snack with my jello, sweetened cream cheese and one to use for sandwiches and whatnots. I also made some cabbage but I put a tad too much red pepper and it is hot, whew. But I made it so I will eat it. I also cooked some spinach because my baby wanted creamed spinach, I didn't cream mine it's plain. I got all of my water in and 4 cups of green tea.

Hope the scale goes back down in the next few days. I will be so happy :)

Good morning!

Rough start to the night with Peanut, but eventually he did sleep for 10 straight hours, bless him, which means that by the time I went to sleep, I slept for 7 straight hours. Hallelujah, I don't feel like a zombie today. Combined with two cups of coffee this morning and Madonna coming on the radio in the last 5 minutes of my commute to work, I am a happy camper and revved for the day. I haven't felt this good in weeks; sleep is a beautiful thing.

So I still weighed in at 196.7 this morning, and didn't quite hit my water goal yesterday. But I did better than I have in a while. I had 1.5L yesterday. Today my goal is to hit that 2L and I've actually started towards it already.

LOL I typed what I wanted to say and my computer had a delay and I copied and pasted something else :) ... I'm down another .6 of water to 165.4 hoping to see my 164 by tomorrow no later than Friday. My youngest sons bday is Friday he wants a chocolate strawberry cake and a chicken pot pie. So I'll be cooking most of Friday so that I can have the cake cool and write on it before he gets home. I want everything done, my Mom will be down here some time on Friday and we have a bday gathering for my Auntie on Saturday. My Uncle also prayerfully will come home this weekend. It's going to be a great end of the week :)

Rennie ~ Im about to walk for the 1st time today and since its getting nice outside Im gonna start walking outside until it gets too hot out and then I'll walk inside again but for now Im gonna enjoy the weather while its nice. I didnt get my morning walk in cause I had to go to a meeting today but Im gonna start walking outside in the morning and one more time in the evening after dinner. That should be good. I re-joined MyFitnessPal cause I had forgot my password and got it re-sent to me but they never sent it too me so I just made a new account, I havent used it though.

Terra - hope you enjoyed your walk. MFP is fantastic. I know Rennie uses it and I actually used to as well. I will likely go back to it when I "re-start" after my move.

Rennie - I did get all my water in yesterday. But I think because TOM is in town, my body totally held onto it. I weighed in at 198.5 this morning. I didn't do as well today, maybe 1.5L I think. I don't want to drink the rest right before bed. If there's one thing I don't miss about being pregnant is having to wake up in the middle of the night to pee! I'll do better tomorrow. Peanut went to sleep by himself for the first time in over a week last night, but a few hours later when we were going to bed, his monitor started beeping and gave us a scare. He was sleeping in the corner of the crib, and the sensor pad couldn't pick up movements from the corner, so it started signaling there's no movement (it's designed to alarm if baby stops breathing or whatever). Anyway, we both ran to his room to check on him, and THAT woke him up. After that, he only wanted to sleep with mommy, but at least he slept peacefully after that. How old is your youngest going to be now? I forget, you have 5 kids?

Not too bad - not nearly as bad as I deserve :) I ate a lot of pasta. Not that I regret it, of course, it was just a special treat, but now I've got to get back on track.

I'm only up 1.6 lbs today :carrot: Far luckier than I deserve!

Kukkie, wow on these advanced monitors. I like that motion/breathing mechanism what a blessing. Glad he went back to sleep. You know they say not to allow your children to sleep with you but I believe all of ours slept with me. It was just convenient. :) Rissa is the youngest she's 10. The youngest boy will be 13 on Friday. :) Yep 5 big joys now (my giants) thanks to daddy being so tall :). Their ages this year 21, 17, 16, 13, 10. ;) and I'll be 48 next month.

WahineByTheSea, you don't deserve more of an up :hug: You just didn't eat as much as you thought and what you did eat you walked or something off. Look at it as a NSV :) My issue is the cake batter (bowl) :drool: I will probably pass on his cake and ice cream and the batter because we are going to my cousins on Saturday for my Auntie's 86th bday and I will eat some yummy things there (maybe).

I am up 1.2 with TOM this morning and the lack of sleep. I need to be in bed earlier and I just don't go, so not good for me. I'm tired all of the time and it ridiculous. I'm not a napping person but if given the opportunity I will surely take one ;)

ushotmedown good job on the .8 down :high:

I had an OP breakfast and lunch and then my daughter and her husband came over and it all went down hill. We went to cheesecake factory. I had two mini crabcakes (more fillers than crab in my opinon), salmon (that was bland) asparagus and mashed new potatoes, oh and the brown bread with the oats on the outside with butter, not alot but enough :(. So expecting a gain not a loss for tomorrow.

Admittedly I wasn't feeling well yesterday so I didn't have as much as I should have intake wise but I got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 227.2lbs.

If this stays the same then I have passed my target for the month and am in the 220s!!

went to my Aunt's today had 2 burgers with cheese on oopsie bread, for breakfast bacon on oopsie bread, had one nacho chip, one potato from some soupy potato salad and a sample cup of seafood salad from Kroger (pretty good) and then my cousin's wanted to walk so we did. I feel like the walk definitely did some justice oh I forgot I had a spoon of chili with beans also and a small piece of bday cake and cinnamon roll (really not enough to matter but the taste did satisfy) and still not bad. Hope tomorrow's weigh in is ok :)

Rennie yep, it's after the move. We get the keys on Tuesday and move in on Wednesday. I've taken Thursday off to unpack and we'll probably do our grocery shopping then. So WI on Friday and proper eating starting then as well.

Today's weigh in down .4 to 165.0. I had a great day, did my fast as best I could and stayed OP, though what I ate was quite carby I feel good. Also I went back to sleep after putting my daughter on the bus and decided to see what I weighed then. The scale read 163.8, boy do I long to see that number. Hopefully it's coming soon :crossed:

Rennie you are not alone! I'm back!!!!! First of all, yayyyyy for the new low!!! That's fantastic news. I'm so proud of you and happy for you. :hug:

We finally moved on Wednesday, spent all day yesterday trying to get set up. But it was hard as the previous owners took all the closet fixtures, so that we were left with mini little rooms, no shelves, no bars, nothing. Our lawyer is the process of hashing out whether they will return them or compensate us for it. So until then, we're in limbo and cannot put away things that were meant for those closets. It is what it is. Can't do anything but wait. I didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning, was rushing for work. The good news is it took me less than 30 minutes to get in from my door to my desk, and I took the bus!

Weigh ins starting tomorrow!

Thanks WahineByTheSea, you will for sure :) patience and will power are key on this journey. I should have been here years ago, smh. But I guess I didn't want it bad enough. I was also in denial of being diabetic because I always knew I was borderline, smh.

I have hit another low 163.2 ... I'm getting more and more excited. I have 3.2lbs to lose in 16 days.

Well, I blew my last week of March all to heck -- I was on a business trip and ate and drank what I liked and gained 6lbs! I know it's not all fat, there is definitely some sodium evil going on, but it was an eye opener for sure.

I decided to try a formal plan again, so I'm starting Ideal Protein, hopefully the money it's costing me will also help to motivate me to stay POP! I have my first boxes of food and I've done my veggie and protein shopping so I'm all set. I wanted to start today but my coach encouraged me to do it on Monday, when I will be busier at work and have less time to be distracted or feel deprived. Today and tomorrow I'll spend time prepping my veggies and pre-cooking some protein.

I am looking forward to a fresh start on the April thread!

Angie good to see you :hug: I wish I could afford to do a structured diet, like IP or Medifast or Nutrisystem. I believe that even a month would help me to refocus and get POP. I'm doing ok right now and it is because I am so determined to see 160 by my birthday. I am hoping that I don't do like I did in 2010 and get excited about seeing the number and get stupid again ... I am also not happy with the way I look this go around. I found a picture that I took in July 2010 (we were going to dinner for our anniversary). I can't believe I thought that I looked good. You can see bulges all through the shirt, :yuk: I remember someone saying they could now see collar bones back then. I am looking for those. ;) If you have a goal for April that you are wanting to adhere to you know I am all for it. I'll do it with you. Thanks Angie for listening to me just run on. And I know you'll do great. :hug: How's the puppy training coming along?

I got to go the gym to burn off the chicken that I ate this morning. Had a gathering at church and for breakfast was chicken biscuits from Chik-Fil-A (I brought the biscuit home) I ate the chicken (pretty salty) so I've got to get my water in for sure and I had a bowl of fruit. I had a low carb chocolate protein shake at the gym for lunch and I am feeling good. Got on the elliptical for 20 minutes not long but enough for me and I did a two mile uphill walk. Gotta stay focused the rest of the day so I don't blow it :) I really want to see 162-161-160 :D

I'll also set up our April thread ... I like our small thread :D

Moving with a 14 month old is incredibly hard. Especially when he's teething molars and no longer sleeps through the night or on his own for that matter. I'm freaking exhausted all the time.

I decided to give myself another two days to get settled and have a fresh start in April. But I have tried desperately to get all my water in today. Doing alright so far, but still working on it.

Rennie -- I really can't afford it either, I've put it on credit, which is really unlike me, but I just can't go on like this...I need to get things moving. I'm hoping the money that I now have to pay back will be extra motivation. I know that there are some substitutes you can buy in place of the actual packets, and you can get some on ebay too. If you buy them on your own I'm happy to share the coaching I get with you.
I'm supposed to lose 3lbs a week on this, if I follow it closely, so my goal for April is 12lbs...although I'm optimistic that it could be even more since the beginning of a new plan is typically faster.

Puppy training is hard! lol, it's just like having a crazy ego-centric little toddler running around again...and to my horror, he's dropped a nap!

Down 1lb today, which puts me 1 above where I started in March...SMH.

I did horribly today ... I came home from church and got into those Takis, and then ate cake with icing. I also ate some things that weren't bad but when you add up the bad things it's like wow, WHY DID I DO THAT? :?: My sons had been saying since this morning they wanted to go to the gym so we went at the last minute. I got in a 41 minute power walk, 2.44 miles calorie burn was 325 so that helped with the cake at least.

I have to get it right or I will blow my end of the month. It's bad enough that I typically weigh less the last day of a month and then the first day of the new month I am up, WHY IS THAT??? :dizzy:

Angie I was going to bed at 9:30 but the night isn't typically the issue (I need the Takis gone) I don't know why I want spicy :shrug: My son made some hot sauce for his chicken two nights ago and I tried it, boy was it good. He told me after I ate it he put sugar in it which he knows is a :nono: for me (I guess he was thinking it's my Mom she can eat my stuff if she wants :D). But it seems like the early afternoon is my issue. I don't know what to do. Oh I looked on eBay at the IP packages ... for a good one it's $629. I think I just need to know what to eat for a week and see if I can some how come up with it on my own. I need someone to do a full blown menu for me if that makes sense. I wish I could afford to see a registered dietitian for help.

My little one told me this morning while waiting for her bus that she thinks I am losing weight too fast (she's 10). She said, "because if you keep losing weight you're gonna have to buy all new clothes!) her bus came so I'll have to ask her to finish what she was saying this evening. Kids are funny :D

Went to the gym did 2.62 miles burn 325 calories, feeling good :)
