Hi everyone!

I've just started my weight loss mission, it's been 4 days and my aim is to set myself a mini goal for each month. I started at 110 kilos (242.50 pounds) My first weigh in is this Sunday and every other Sunday, by the end of 4 weeks I will post how much I've lost in total :carrot: I just need to keep motivated (and stay away from the kitchen!):p
This site has really helped with the motivation, I know I can do it!

My first weigh in was yesterday and I am ecstatic to say that I have lost 5.3 kilos in one week!!!!!:carrot::carrot::carrot:

I did work VERY hard for it though! Now to start again from today and weigh in next Sunday :dizzy:
