I propose that those of us who have gained a little or a lot after losing it initially meet here and work to get back to where we were.

My low (this half decade) was 144. I went up to 147 over Christmas and recently hit 148.8. I have been failing miserably at getting back to 144 even though it's less than 5 lbs but I want to do better.

Day 2 1400 cals 148 lbs down 0.8lbs

Ooh, I need this challenge!! I've been struggling to get back to my previous low, 157 for a long time now.

I am currently between 161-163 right now.

Hi Amandie! I hope others join us but we can do this! We have very similar amounts to re-lose.

Morning of Day 3 148.2lbs up 0.2 from yesterday, down 0.6 from restart.

In 2010 I lost over 80lbs taking me from 250 to somewhere in the low 160s. Naturally life happened and I managed to re-gain all of it plus an extra 45lbs. I started back in January at a weight of 295. My plan is to meet the goal I was going toward when I gained it all back.

Today I hit my 4th mini-goal of 40lbs! this week I have also managed to incorporate jogging into my workouts (at a pretty slow pace) and managed a full 5 minutes without stopping :) I'm really starting to physically notice the changes :)

May I join now - I see this challenge has been on for some time but it fits.

People say Maintenance is hard but I never got to goal :mad: to try out Maintenance! I started to "maintain" from a distance of 10 to 15 pounds, which quickly turned into the distance of 25 to 35 pounds. Gah. Feeling very foolish, I decided yesterday, April Fool's, was my appropriate return date.

Achieved!!!! 156.6!!! My previous lowest was 157 and some change.

Ah I went up more and more! This thread might be dead but I'm gonna try to bring it back to life. I ended up gaining 16lbs! Have now lost 4. 156.0 this morning. Have had a four pound whoosh actually. No better way to start.
