I know we had a discussion of pullups and chinups and how difficult
they are. I still have difficulty doing more then 1 pull up at a time
and can only do a few chin ups. So I bought a pullup assister and it
is so AWESOME! I can really feel it working the lats when I do pull
ups and now I can do several at a time - hoping it will help me make
the transition to doing them on my own.

Here's a pic:

I did a full review of the one on my blog if anyone is interested...

Is your dog walking on the treadmill next to you? Ahhhh, I love it. The modern dog has his own treadmill, lol.

I hate those band thingies. I am afraid it will shoot me off like a cannonball.

I saw this on your blog. I've been reading your blog for about 6 months now.:)
It's very impressive that you can do pullups and chinups. I'd love to be able to do at least one eventually.
