New to group--trying to build momentum
Hello everyone--I finally joined up b/c 3FC seems so open and non-judgmental. My weight & fitness struggle saga has been a long one, since puberty. I've been really successful at times in establishing and maintaining healthy habits, but I'm a stress eater and have struggled with emotional issues around food for more than 25 years. One of my goals this year is to take better care of myself, so here I am!
