Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest .2 lbs.

2/13 179.? Ack! My first workout with weights last night and a clam soup with more sodium than I usually take in. The soup is good and I had it again for breakfast. lol low calorie and packed with kale and other veg but 2g Na in the bowl I just had.

I just wanted to let everyone and especially the OP know that this challenge has inspired my two sisters and my sister's husband to start a similar challenge between us :) We'll be getting together weekly to do something healthy and fun together, (bowling? healthy dinner?), but also incorporate a weigh-in time to see who has lost the highest % for the week...thus crowning a winner. All 4 of us have been struggling to be inspired and we've made countless promises to work out together, or on our own, or to make gym dates to no avail..it's just hard sometimes. And finally we've found something, THIS challenge, that's going to motivate us all together. So thanks!! :D

I cursed myself. Last time I had a loss it was 12th Feb and I said:

Well, it didn't take me a week - it took 12 bloody days to shift!! But it's started moving again - finally!

I think I won it once, and tied two times (I was not fast enough :)). But these are great motivators. If I inch down, I am happy. My weight loss will slow down dramatically here as I only have 15-20 more pounds to lose.

I don't do the 5 pound challenges, I felt always so "defeated" :lol: Those I never even got close. Someone had a huge whoosh.

It's corny, so corny, but I love this challenge because no matter who reaches goal first, we're all winners because we've ALL lost weight by the end! Shoot for the moon, and even if you miss...:)
