Mini-Goals - 5% of my body weight gone in 10 days! :)

I've lost 16.4 lbs in 10 days :) The first 5 were a juice cleanse, and the last 5 were by being on keto (basically low carb, <25 carbs/day). My goal is 30 lbs in my first month! I still have almost 3 weeks to get the last 13.5 off! :D

I'm just so excited. People at work have noticed, too. I've lost 3 inches off my hips, 1.5 from my waistline, an inch from my bra line, and 1.5 inches from my neck. While doing this, I think I've discovered that I might've been glucose intolerant this whole time, so being on keto is actually helping me all around.

I'm just thrilled :carrot: and wanted to shared my happiness! :)

Congratulations! Looks like you lost some weight before you started the juice cleanse too. This is your year!

Thats awesome...what kind of juices were you using? if you don't mind me asking :)

Trying to lose weight....not much of a exerciser :^:
