Just made a chocolate banana bread for breakfast.
I liked it, satisfied my want for cake.

1 Pkt Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 Pkt Banana Pudding Mix
1 Whole Egg (or 2 egg whites)
1 oz non-fat milk
2-3 oz of water
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Baking Power
2 tsp Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (or 1-2 tsp Splenda)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

I baked them in a muffin tray for about 12 minutes at 350F. Yes it counts for 2 IP packets, but ate half for breakfast and will have the other half as a snack later :)

Everytime I see someone write Quest Cinnamon Roll, I drool a bit. I'm too scared to stray from all IP.

I'm still so new at this! It's Day 16 for me!

I tried to be creative...that'll show me

I made a packet of strawberry pudding, then thought it might be good to mix in a raspberry jello, like make it a little whipped. It's kinda gritty....and nasty. LoL and because it's two packets I have to eat it twice today.

Did you just add the jelly or dissolve it first? Might work to make the jelly, let it set and then mix it with the pudding and water in the blender. At least I think that might work.

I just added it. Like how you make that cottage cheese jello salad...know the one? I thought it would be similar. It's not. LOL. The blender is not bad choice, I could try that.
