That was the first in four weeks and it wasn't to major just made my stick a little lighter lol. I am still at 201 thank goodness but I have a feeling it will fluctuate some. But we still got this!

Hi girls!!! So after my little slip up this week I decided to go on a sort of fast where I did just one day of lots of protein and lots of fat no carbs for the day. I went back to normal eating the next couple of days but my scale seems to be happy with me!

still holding at 199 had a rough time yesterday started out great and very strong knowing that I had to make a ton of frosted sugar cookies for my kids valentines day party. I wish instead of making them homemade I would have just bought them because I needed to try one to make sure they were ok and of course instead of just a bite ate the whole thing... I did scrape the frosting off after I was sure that was good though (I made that too LOL) I didn't eat to much yesterday so my sticks are still showing ketosis and I didn't have a gain but I was pretty bummed with my self. I hope you all are doing well!!!

Haha...Believe me Sue, I am trying to kick the 240's to the curb! I'm slowly but surely getting there. The scales at the Ymca actually weigh me 1.8 lbs less than my home scales, so by theirs, I am there. But I am doing this with my home scales since I don't weigh at the Y everyday. Thanks for the encouragement! Glad the cookie weight finally went away :)

I was 154 in January, so I have to remember that I'm making progress. I just want back to my 2012 range of 143-145. Then downward! I'm a month off wheat and grains. Cravings have definitely subsided.

Thanks ladies. I did not do good this weekend. I am letting the work stress be an excuse to over indulge.

NSV though. I decide to go buy a new pair of jeans that I could wear to work for casual Fridays. The ones I have barely stayed on and if it rained then the bottom of the legs would get really heavy from the puddles and I would have to hold them up. I fit into a 16! It was a little tight, but this way I can wear them for a bit before buying more.

Sorry I haven't been posting. Long work weekend and then I spent most of Monday catching up on sleep! Had an almost 2 lb gain for no good reason Sat. but finally, finally saw 239.8 on my home scales this morning. Hope it sticks!

I'm still plugging along. Doing great with food and daily exercise. Inching along works for me as I have never been a whoosh kinda girl. Challenges used to discourage the heck out of me because I never won. Now I find that this last round just helps me stay focused even if my progress is two ounces at a time.

Woke up with fever and nausea yesterday, so my food tonight has consisted of chicken broth and diet sprite mixed with a little gatorade. Not sure what that will do to my weigh in! Lots of sodium in the chicken broth!

Thanks Sue. The fever and nausea are gone, but we will just say "part 2" of the virus hit this morning right when I got home from work. :) anyway I slept all day and feel better. I'm not going to post a weight for a couple of days because it would be virus loss and not true loss!

Well, I was sure I'd come back to the next challenge already well underway, but I guess that's February for you...

I'm back from my vacation. Extremely pleased with my weight, I'm up about 2 pounds from the low the day before I left, which given airplane bloating etc is clearly maintaining! Until now every time I traveled to the US I gained tons of weight, so this is a massive accomplishment for me.

SW 237.2 Still have 2 lbs of water.. but it is a week old so counting it
2/13 236.4 (-.8) almost back to my low....
2/14 235.0 (-2.2 total) .2 away from all time low.. Lost all the water gain.. now to get some more FAT off!
2/15 233.8 (-3.4 total) OH Yes... HAPPY CAMPER here! more over this weekend as I move more! (Fertilize lawn/Buckler craft show/clean carpets)
2/16 233.2 (-4.0 total) Scale was lower after walking this morning.. so watch out tomorrow's weigh in!

Well I've been holding off posting my weight until I was sure it wasn't going to rebound from the virus. But I was actually down a little more today which puts me 1.4 lbs under my 5 lb goal. I've upped my water intake from about 40 oz to 70 oz starting Thursday night and I think that has really made the difference.

Sarah you did wonderful on your vacation, and I noticed those 2 lbs were gone today. Thats awesome!
Sue I can tell you've really got your head back into the "game"!
