Anyone have any tips on getting started?! That seems to be my main problem really. Just getting started, and getting started on the right track. I can wake up and go jog for 10 minutes, eat a protein bar and then come home at 7pm and order a pizza.

Anyone have any tips on how to start off a good healthy eating plan or "diet" really just kick start a new healthy eating plan, time to lose weight and keep losing!!! (i'm vegetarian by the way)

Sometimes it helps to just start writing down what you're eating now everyday. From there you can see maybe where you could make better choices. Good luck!
