Ok here it goes!! I have gained all my weight back plus more. I am now at the highest weight I have ever been in my life and I thought I never get this big....

Time to Get back on track for the healthy body I need... It gets harder for me to walk the bigger I am... I am 26 and I have Serve CMT(chocot marie tooth)

I was loosing weight but have not been able to get to the dr so I am off my meds which means depression set in and anxiety.... I was homeless living in my car for about 4 months.... All I was able to eat was chips and junk cause had no way to keep food cold or a way to heat up food.....

I know have a place I get to call home again. I am sooo blessed and thank god for what I have.... I use to be big on taking simple things for granit.... Now I try to look at things different..... I also try to remember to thank god for EVERYTHING I have and get....

So here is my comeback from hard life lesson.....

I need help keeping accountable.....

I really NEED to lose weight cause being this big it hard for me to breath at times.... I want to be back to a normal size so I can live and have fun, heck im only 26 :D


So rules are you must put in your username and your start weight needs to be your current weight.... Also remember you can skip days just try to remember to write down and fill them back in later.....

Dont make it all about the scale remember to celebrate the non scale victories....

Post what your current weight and your goal weight you want to be 4months from now..

YAY!! :) I having been having a better week.... I had a lot of pizza that you cook in the oven this week but I am broke and need something that was easy to cook and cheap..... It was like 2$ for each pizza.... I get my money next thurs so plan on buying mostly healthy foods :)


WOW it is almost time for us to weigh in again... I weighed in yesterday and says I lost a pound so I hope it says that on weigh in day LOL

If you are a smoker and want to try something healthier (not the patches, gums, or pills) you should try vaping.... They have been studies and not second hand "smoke". NOO more STINKIES!! All you smell is the goodness of the vape.... Right now I am vaping on Orange Dream Bar and it tastes just like the ice cream without the calories...... I have some yummy chocolate vapes and sugar cookies vapes..... I even have a mudslide juice that taste just like the real thing... They do have some tobacco flavor juices if you need those.... Nicotine levels are 0mg-24mg.... The Nic level in one cigg is like 18mg-20mg....

Hi everyone! I started my weight loss journey this summer after gaining 40 pounds in college. I went down from 198 to 155 lbs. But after a stressful semester I put back on about 15 lbs :(. My goal is to overall completely change my diet, control my cravings, and exercise daily. My goal weight for the end of the challenge is 135 lbs.

I'm a few weeks late to the game but I want in! I've been doing this myself for the past month and haven't had much success, so hopefully having some folks along with me will keep me from getting tired of trying and giving up!

Well I am having more bad days then good. I am not giving up though :)

I have a big vape meet I want to go to in August. I want to be atleast 40lbs slimmer by then....

I am going with small goals as of now though.... My goal this challenge is to loose 10lbs and keep it off.....

How is everyone doing this week.... It is Sunday March 2nd.... I cant believe we are already in March of 2014 :D I have like 4months to loose 40lbs till I have a big vapemeet to go to lol.....

well I weigh in this mornin and it looks like I went down from last week I aint where I want to be yet(-5lbs) but hey I take a lose cause I am ready to fit in my clothes again LOL..... That is my goal to fit back in my fav blue jeans....

YES!!! I am out the 300s That was the biggest I had ever been and it suckd... I can do this..... I never want to be in the 300s again...

I am very upset that I am not making my self try harder.... I just been in a very depressed mood... I need make myself workout and eat less... I eat less when I am busy doing things... I have nothing to do but sit at home and be bored.... I need get back out in the world and get some of my spunk I use to have.... I hope everyone is doing good on this challenge... I remember last summer saying that this summer I would have lost weight but instead I am gaining I guess I need to make my self do things even when I am depressed... I really need get back to dr to get on my meds cause they helped alot

You can do this. Look at how much you have already overcome!! I too, last summer planned to have my dream body in time for this summer, you know the one that is about a month away. Didn't happen, but I am doing it now, and you can too. I too am at my highest weight and it is a struggle to stay dedicated to this process but the process will never be perfect and you can't expect it to be because that will set you up to fail and go back to the old habits. One suggestion is to take small steps in the direction of exercise, say take a walk everyday and slowly increase the time and the pace over weeks. Even changing your diet can be done in little changes like cutting out soda one week, then something else the next and so on until you've changed completely to the diet you want.
