I usually keep them pretty even.
Bkfst: 375-450
Lunch: 400-500
Dinner: 400-500
Snacks: 150 (if not built into meal)
Total: 1500
I try to eat in the morning, then snack around 9-10AM, then lunch around noon, then snack around 3PM, then dinner by 7PM along with a Skinny Cow ice cream or some chocolate. It's most difficult for me when I work long hours and am hungrier all the time.
and then usually I have one more snack and/or things go a little over the general limits I listed. I'm shooting for around 1550 calories, though. I have more wiggle room.
I am just getting back into calorie counting after doing Weight Watchers. But I tend to use more calories in the morning for breakfast, with a lighter lunch and snack, and then a moderate dinner and desert. After I track for a week or two I will see what my averages are and post again.
