Hi there, i,m 38yrs, female and about 6stones overweight. I have just started the w.w. points diet, and am feeling enthusiatic and hopeful about losing it all. I still need to tackle the exercise issue though! Anyway, love to hear anyones view and advice about exercise, have a good day,
