I've been trying For 3 years to lose weight. Now I'm bigger than ever. Weighed myself today... 196. :( I cried so hard yesterday. I think I can do it today. But I need some support you guys. Im scared that I'll fail again tonight. Also at 5:30 pm pacific time I need someone to message me support. That's about the time I usually screw up.

You can do this! You just have to do it one day at a time. I think recognizing that 5:30 in the evening is an issue for you is a great first step!

What is it about that particular time that causes your issue? Is it because you're home and bored? Can you go for a 30 minute walk? Maybe just come to 3FC and check out the site to keep your mind from being bored.

Agreed - good for you for pinpointing an exact time of difficulty. Now for the rest. What is it about the time that is difficult?

I'm not sure if this is your case, but 5:30 can be difficult for many people because they're getting home from work. A few things that help are:
-having dinner ready to just heat up when you get home
-having a snack before you leave work
-chewing gum on your way and into the house until dinner is ready
-changing your workout time to around 5:30
-eating less during the day so that you can eat more substantially at night

Once you figure it out and implement some changes, I'm sure you can do it. :carrot:

As I told my wife, crying over it is NOT an option! I have been heaviest at 280. A few weeks ago, (11/17 to be precise) I was 247. I am now 208. My wife was 217, she is now 194. With some self control (nope! not easy) the weight WILL come off. When I go to reach for that snack, Big Mac, or chocolate cake, I stop and look at the photo on the 'frige and just walk away. I keep a fat photo of me in my work truck too. I am a salesman, so access to these great food places of obeseity is frequent.

Do not give up! It can be done, although not easy, set your mind to it and MOVE FORWARD!
