Active.. I am so sorry about your surroundings and having to move because of the water... Oh shoot and how much stress that puts on you.. YET.. you are going forward and just dealing with it! You are a MARVEL! and 220 lbs gone! WOW!!!!! I just hit 100 lbs off and I feel like I accomplished something but your accomplishment is amazing along with:WATCHOUT too! more than 175 lbs off! You two are a lesson in tenacity and endurance and to US ALL! I celebrate you both!

Me.. 219.6 today so less.. yes LESS than 20 lbs to Onderland!! :woohoo:

Wanna Thanks for the encouragement. I need it right now. I actually am grateful to be out of my apartment. It really was/is an untenable situation. Miss having a kitchen and refrigerator but it will not be forever. Thanks again and congratulations to you and watchout and every one in this thread. We are sticking with it and that is always the beginning of success!

Wanna I have not found a permanent place to live but have gotten settled enough to return to summer school. I missed the first week. I have fairly severe asthma and have to be pretty picky about where I live and work so as not to aggravate my condition. Keep me in your good vibes!

I lost three pounds this week! I am really pleased. I was afraid I would gain eating out 3 times a day. I have gone back to writing everything down in a journal and have a weekly check in call with someone in a neighboring state. Trying to move everyday too! 48 pounds to Onederland

Want to recommit to losing. Yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of my husband's death. While not binging, I seem to just munch all day on OK foods. Going back to my journal this morning and taking it with me all day. Up a pound.

I would love to join your group. I was almost to onderland last year. After loosing 65lbs, I stopped being healthy and gained 44 back. Now I am back to doing what needs to be done to get this weight off.

237 today so 37lbs is a good goal for 5 months. My ultimate goal is 175. But first onderland.

Me.. Closer still :D only 13.4 lbs to go.. Shoot that is 2 months of woosh weeks and I will do it... soooooo maybe by September?! :D.. But for now.. I am taking it day by day and getting back to basics and telling myself that what I want (not on plan) will be there tomorrow if I still want it and to eat what is good for me! :) and LOSE! :lol:

Hey everyone! I'd love to join in. I'm currently 222.4, so that's 22.4 lbs to go until onederland. That would averaging a 5 lb loss per month. I'm really hoping I can make this happen. I struggle with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's Disease, but think I am finally on my way to optimal treatment!

Have gained a 4-5 pounds in the last few weeks. I had a medical test where they told me to only drink clear liquids for 3 days. I got through it but it has set me off to a place where I just want to munch all day. I had been through this once before and told the doctor it was extremely difficult, but he just told me to do it anyways. I am gradually getting back to "normal". My psychologist told me that not only is it difficult emotionally, but it messes up your gut hormones. That was comforting. At least it is not all in my head!!!

I'm still chugging along. I took a bit of a weighloss worry break after the birth of my 3rd child on July 1st. It's been long enough. My family has swapped back to a Paleo way of eating so these 51 extra lbs will hopefully be gone for good by Christmas. We can do this!

I have been struggling more than usual lately. I think part of the problem is I am mentally wiped out from my day job by the time I get home.

Then I have to cook dinner. And I know anything healthy I want to cook, my husband will turn his nose up at. So I end up cooking a meal and a half if I want to cook the way I need to in order to lose weight.

Please don't say that my husband should cook his own meals, because it's easier said than done. I don't need any resentment, negative energy coming from him as it will just make me want to dive into something terrible, like chocolate cake.

Tomorrow morning my husband leaves for 2 1/2 weeks. I think this will give me the opportunity to create some good cooking and meal habits since I won't have to cook for two. I can get rid of some of the crap food that has been sitting in the cupboard. I can reorganize my pantry so I know what foods I can eat and what foods are a no-no for me.

I have to do the same thing my son and s also autistic then I have 3 littlies that are picky and two more teens! I tend to cook a protein and have salad and make them potatoes or pasta I totally get it!

Struedel you are getting soooo close. Awesome!!!

I am still about 36 pounds away. Have upped exercise. Need to lower carrbs if I want to jumpstart the weight loss. Today's NSV - I Bought a winter coat today in size 14. It fit me perfectly!
