Sounds like you have the right attitude. I believe that everyone has it in them to lose weight and maintain the loss. We just have to discover our own personal formula. If there's one piece of advice I might give you, it would be to honour your own physical and mental preferences when crafting your weight-loss program. Think maintenance (i.e., what you can live with long-term) right from the start.
