Default What to drink????

So, I'm told I should only drink half my weight in water....what do I drink the rest of the time????? Any suggestions appreciated.

I was told just always drink water and only water (besides a coffee or tea, but I dont drink those anyway). The minimum suggested was 8 - 8 oz glasses a day. :-)

The minimum is 64oz. Here in Colorado, because it is a dry climate, I drink probably 32 oz more. Which, I guess would be 1/2 my weight.

I drink a lot of decaf herbal hot tea - especially in the winter. As long as you are drinking decaf, and things that don't contain a lot of splenda/sucralose (like no pop, no crystal light), etc.
