Well, it's not really a recipe, but more of a suggestion to try and beat the heat. It's been about 90 everyday for the past two weeks here in Western NY and I am avoiding the stove like the plague. I've wanted chicken but I can't fry it.
Well, to save some money, I bought already frozen fruit. I was going to thaw it but was too lazy to wait.
It was the best thing.
The frozen fruit had to melt on my tongue AND it took forever to finish eating. I only had a few pieces but felt like I'd eaten two whole peaches. It was an incredible snack.
I'm now going out to get grapes, strawberries, apples, and other fruit to freeze myself. I could eat this all day.
