I hope you all had a great New Year's Eve and a fabulous holiday season. However it's that time, January 1st when we need to get back on track. Let's make this year a great one weight wise!

1/02- 74.3- the last few months I've been surprisingly low on the first day then shot back to reality by the 2nd/3rd. It's really weird.

Ah yes stereotypically slinking back on the first of the year after all the holiday weight gain eating without abandon and going berserk at my anniversary dinner and parties.... Back at it I need to do some serious work before my cruise in March if I want to look halfway decent in my swimsuit.

For exercise I am doing a rotation of Jillian Michaels DVDs in order for her 30 day slimdown. I know with my schedule I won't be able to work out everyday but I'm going to do what I can.

1:144.6 30 day shred level 1, 3/4 of fluidity workout (I was at work so couldn't do everything)

I gained way too much over the holidays. I would like to lose 25 pounds before my cruise at the end of February/beginning of March. I'm not sure if it's possible but I'm sure going to try.

I had lost some weight a few years ago and kept it off pretty well, but last year was hard and stressful and I ended up eating out and drinking my weigh to a 15+ pound regain. I'm excited about 2014 and getting back on track! :)

I'm not going to beat myself up over it but I knew I need to be honest with you guys...didn't weigh my food today and one bite led to another and I just had way too much of a good thing. Didn't break with any sugar or anything off plan...just had too much sweet potato/almonds and hamburger. Way high calorie day today. I'm gonna be way up tomorrow but I WILL weigh myself and I WILL keep going. Sorry you all I'll be up tomorrow bright and early working out at the gym and I'll get right on track again. Considering this I doubt it's possible to make goal this month but at least I'm not where I was last weekend (bad place/binging)
