EXERCISE

chicken = 1.5
cheetos = 6

SNACK

No weights today :)

1 12oz mug coffee/w H&H
1 carton Dannon Lite yogurt

Lunch
1 chicken drumstick - roasted
Movies (Terminator 3)
4 slices american cheese - made cheez-its
1 Slim Jim

Snack (after gym) - 1 carton Dannon lite yogurt

Dinner
Salad - 3 cups romaine, 1 oz blue cheese, 1/2 avacado, 2.5 TBS reduced oil blasamic vinegrette
1 1/2 cups cauliflower w/tsp butter
1 1/2 grilled fish fillet
1 SF peanut cluster

Dessert
1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup plain lf yogurt

1 sl lite bread toasted w/tsp butter 1/2 tsp stawberry spread

Lunch
3 cups mixed greens
2.5 TBS lite ceasar dressing
4 oz london broil
6 oz Dannon FF lite yogurt

Snack - Before gym - 1 large chicken drumstick

Dinner
5-6 oz grilled chicken breast
lc bbq sauce
1 cup broccoli
1 tsp butter
1 RS SF pecan patty

Dessert
1/3 cup sliced strawberries
6 oz carton FF yogurt

1 cup oriental style veggies

2 spoonfuls SF ice cream
1/4 cup raspberries
