Default A great milestone for me ... I got to move the "big counterbalance"
Just a wonderful day as I FINALLY got to move the big 50-pound counterbalance weight on my scale down 1 notch! And I am now into the 240's. That just sounds so much better than 250's to me.



It's been a fantastic 4 1/2 months ...

Congratulations! I feel your excitement- yesterday I weighed in at curves and I was right at 200-I get to move the bar at next month's weigh in-its a big deal to move that bar!!!!
