I'm new to this but this seems like a great way to stay accountable!!! :D

December goal is 1500 minutes

2- 45 minutes of Walking
3- 45 minutes of Cardio and 20 minutes of Walking
4- 30 minutes of Cardio and 40 minutes of Walking
5- 40 minutes of Walking
6- 45 minutes of Cardio and 30 minutes of Walking
7- 30 minutes of Walking

8- 35 minutes of Cardio, 30 minutes of Weights and 45 minutes of Walking (Great day!!! :) )
9- 40 minutes of Cardio, 40 minutes of Weights, 10 minutes of Stretching and 20 minutes of Walking
10- 20 minutes of Walking (No gym :( )
11- 35 minutes of Cardio and 35 minutes of Walking
12- 40 minutes of Cardio and 20 minutes of Walking (It's too cold out to go for much longer!! :brr:)
