12/1- 74.8- I've been losing weight really slowly the last 2 months, maybe it's finally catching up
12/2- 74.9- I'm actually surprised it didn't go up even more, still don't trust the kilo drop!
12/3- 75.0- Don't like this. Maybe I'm eating too few calories as I've eaten a lot less the last couple days in an attempt to stay in 74.X
12/4- 75.2
12/5- 75.5- Wow, I'm really eating great. I'm going to have to assume the first 2 days were low from dehydration. Though the last couple days have been high in sodium so maybe that's the cause?
12/6- 75.1- better, I looked over my sodium and it's been way too high all week, my goal it to get that under control!
12/7- 75.0

Last time I did a daily weigh in, it was my first month here (June 2012). I want to get back on track after have a terrible few weeks. Maybe this will help me. So I'm re-re-starting today! :D Like my exercise, I'm going to set a small goal for the month, get back into the 130s. Best of luck everyone over the Christmas season.

I'll give this a try - I'm curious if it's psychologically helpful.

I even failed at trying! I always put the scale away - this week I'll leave it out as a reminder. I weighed myself at the gym before my evening run and got 150.2. I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning - I appreciate the confirmation that my home scale isn;t off.

I've never done a daily weigh in before! I'm really excited to start

12/3 : 206.4 (I bought a fancy new scale today so I'm hoping it will be more accurate! my old one would only give weights that were a pound or a half pound)

I've been off the bandwagon for over a year. I used to do this all the time and it really helps. I've gained 60 pounds in the past year and half and its time to get back on track!
