I'm lucky because I CAN'T cook so I typically don't, and definitely not on Thanksgiving. On the other hand, hubby's relatives make everything super unhealthy so I will probably eat very little.
I am not making anything healthy, just utilizing a ton of willpower and portion control as well.
I'm thinking about making a pecan pie cheesecake. I've never made pecan pie before so I'm a bit nervous and I will definitely be leaving the rest of it at the family gathering.
