This is a continuation of the "Pass the stuffing" Challenge. Anyone can join at any time!
So you ate too much of the bird, the stuffing, the cranberries, potatoes and not forget about all the pie you had.(or you are participating that you will)!!
No worries Join our Challenge! We are running this through new years eve so you can look hot in that lil number you have been thinking about wearing for end of 2013.

Just post your weight on The day after the Thanksgiving Friday Nov 29th and post weekly. We also chat a lot here so if you need to chat we are here for ya.

Make this week count! If you can get a workout in the am It will help off set those calories.
I am going to try to plan thanksgiving but all plans can go astray. We will take whatever it says. We will work it off and then some by Christmas.

Me too!! I'm going to need a lot of support this year. I'm in an aircast due to plantar fasciatis and I can't drive. I feel so trapped!!

The aircast is the straw that broke the camels back and I am going to lose this weight. I have to so I can ease the pressure on my feet and keep being able to walk without getting surgery.

I meant to participate in the pass the stuffing challenge but had some unexpected business trips this month and lost track of checking into 3FC. I did lose 3lbs this month, which was much less than I hoped for but still a loss! I'll be checking in on Nov 29 with my starting weight.

I ordered a new scale Friday ..Hoping it gets here before Friday so I can weigh in with everyone.. It's not after Thanksgiving dinner that scares me it's the fact that my scale broke about 6 months ago , three months after I gave birth to my twins. Not having a scale meant I didn't have to face the music and eating whatever I wanted. Hope I'm at least at or below what I weighed when I left the hospital ...YIKES!!!!

Just joined and this seems like a good challenge to start new journey. Going to start a little slower this time instead of the all or nothing approach I usually take, but this seems a good way to keep on track for the month. Think that Fri weigh in will be a couple pounds over original starting weight but I guess you got to start somewhere.

This starts Friday but here are my stats.
Starting weight 209.7
Goal- 204 I am going for just 5.7 lbs. I usually go for 10 but trying to be realistic. I know by Friday I will gain a little from thanksgiving, I have a birthday in December and several parties so if by the 31 I can be 204 I will be happy.

Ok. Just weighed in and the scale didn't move either weigh so I will take it. My goal for December is an 8 lb. Loss. Dont know if I will make it with all the parties this month. I just want to make it to the two-teens this month.

Goal- Lose 8 pounds!
Dec 6--233.6, actual 233.4! Met my weekly goal!!
Dec 13--232.0, actual 231!! Exceeded my weekly goal!
Dec 20--230.4 actual 231.2--Bit of a stall due to yesterday, but today's a new day!
Dec 27--228.8

Weighed in today at 264.2. My goal for the month is to lose five pounds. This will get me into the 250s. I have a lot to lose to achieve my goal weight so I think i will just focus on each ten pound bracket. So, ok this is the start of this new try and my first challenge so deep breath and lets do this.

Weighed myself this morning & it was 182.0. My normal weigh-in day will be Friday. I don't have a set number of pounds that I want to lose, just keep trucking with the weight loss.

Still freakin' stuck at 216. But at least it's not a gain. I have been volunteering for extra hours at work for the past 3 weeks so that has been making it hard to get my treadmill time in. I sit on my butt all day at work too. I think after next week I am going to go back to my regular hours (8am-1:30). It will be nice to have paid cash for Christmas and not get any credit card bills to start the new year with.

I had a slight setback yesterday. Cheated for the first time in three months. But ghats okay. Back on the saddle today. Hopeing at the end of the week I will at least have stayed the same and have no gain.

No loss this week but no gain either. Its getting harder the closer the holidays come. Parties for the next two weekends at my house. The only good thing is that I get to make part of the meal to fit my diet. Hoping to see at least a pound loss next Friday!

was 254.2 this morning, but ive been sick so if I jump on the scale tomorrow and the number goes up all of a sudden I know the loss isn't real. If the loss sticks I'm pretty close to my goal of 252

What a wild week! I ate too many salty carbs and saw 189 (up from 183) last week. I buckled down and got back to clean foods and saw 179.6 this morning. My goal was to see that 7 and I saw it. Woop! I want to be solidly in the 170s now. :)

I'm right there with you. The scale says I am back up to 263. I'm thinking for January I might do one of the non scale challenges and maybe weigh at the beginning and end of the month. This way I can focus on healthy changes I need to make. I can fluctuate a lot and it messes with my emotions.

Shea, I think that is what I want to do for next month too. My scale in very inaccurate. It will change my weight up or down by 7 pounds within minutes. It drives me crazy. But I think I am at 214 - 216 now, at least those are the numbers I get a few times in a row, LOL. I want to set a gal for x miles on my treadmill for January. I just need to figure out what I want x to be. I am diabetic so I see my doctor every 3 months. I think I will just let that be my weigh-ins and I will focus more on exercise and how my pants fit.
With all the craziness of the holidays over I want to post more often too.

Susan check to make sure the area you are weighing in is level. If it isn't then the scale will constantly change. :) I weigh a few extra times when I see a new low, I have to make sure :) I weigh daily even when I don't eat right. It's just a habit now :shrug:
