Post here everyday with what you ate that you were proud of (because it was healthy, creative, cheap) and what you ate that you are not so proud of. The goal is to move toward more meals listed in your "proud" category.

Wednesday, November 13

-spaghetti with broccoli, spinach, yellow squash, parsley, butter, olive oil, garlic, and lemon
-apple as a snack
-64 ounces water

Could Be Better
-rice, beans, sour cream, tortilla chips, potato wedges
-peanut butter m&m's

Hey, this is a good idea :)

14th November

- 2 boiled chicken pieces
- Salad without dressing
- Banana

Could be better
- Rice
- Garlic potatoes
- Doritos
- Mutton

- small serving of pork, braised greens, green beans, potato hash
- small serving homemade blueberry pie

Could Be Better
- turkey & cheese croissant
- cheese & cracker snack (ate when wasn't hungry)
- 2nd helping of blueberry pie before bed

Today I am proud of my healthy lunch after a great workout!
2 small corn tortillas with fat free refried beans with a sprinkle of cheese and a little salsa and hot sauce!

Not so proud .......
Bagel and cream cheese for breakfast! EEK!
