Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

Happy Friday everyone, I have a question.. does alcohol sugar as affect anyone else negatively? I am asking because I bought some Dr/ Bersteins's protein bars and I noticed after my digestive system didn't like them that they have alcohol sugar and wonder if that could be it? I am doing alternatives but won't be having those again...

Sugar alcohols are notorious for gastro upset
Some worse than others.
You might want to spend some time reading about them online to learn which ones are the least...um...intrusive on the system.

Good AM Everyone!

This past week or two has been nuts at work that I've had zero energy to log onto my personal computer, so much, after work. Also have been under the weather this week but with plenty of rest, I think I'm kicking these cold/flu symptoms to the curb. Doesn't mean I haven't been thinking of you! I hope everyone has been well and I'll do some review this weekend so I can catch up and hear about everyone's NSV's and losses. Looking forward to reading and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Morning yall!! Happy Happy Friday!! So, I hit 149.2, and I'll freakin take it!! Fingers crossed I still see the scale creep down, but if I can hover around 150, I'll be ecstatic!! Heres some before & after pics I put together good luck to everyone!! Keep it up!!

Good morning IPeeps!!

Today is the day I start my road trip with my sister!! I am sad that I will miss my weigh-in, but it will be nice to see a bigger two week loss all at once when I get home (and not scale hop every day while I'm away!)

The reason for our road trip is to follow the last leg of our all-time favorite bands tour!!! HANSON!! (yes, they are still around Been a fan since I was 14). 7 concerts in 9 days!! Going to be amazing!! Not to mention I won a meet and greet for Sunday with my sister who is only coming to two shows, my other sister won one for Tuesday, and she also won one for both of us for Thursday!!

Perhaps this is the time I get a picture with them that I am happy with the way I look in it!! Going to have a lot of scrapbooking to do when I get home!!

I am all packed up, including extra protein packs in case of emergency!

I hope everyone has a great week ahead and I look forward to hearing of everyone's successes when I get back!!!!

It's a rough morning... I have a Stat's exam in about an hour, bleh..
On another note, Aunt Flo and me are not friends.... I'll take what I got for WI though, -1.6.
I will be happy if I survive this exam....

This is a big busy weekend for the casino and Imalready feeling anxious. Gonna be a couple of xanax kind of day probably.
Already the drama has started, send me positive vibes ya'll I'm gonna need it!

Days like these are my hardest, I struggle to maintain control of my emotions and my eating. Anxiety is a trigger for me, and spirals into eating junk because my brain thinks it will soothe.

I'm going to prepare my lunch bag as normal and hope for the best.

Ugh. Those kinds of days are always my worst eating days-- I haven't been on IP long enough to have a day like that on the program (thankfully) but hang in there! Drink some tea and take some "you" time.

Morning all!
Doing well...! Weigh in yesterday went well with 2 more pounds gone. However, my coach basically told me to go off plan for my Mexico trip in 2 weeks....she is phasing me off. I was undecided when I got there and she told me I paid the money to go and enjoy an all inclusive and I should go nuts. She said she could almost guarantee I wouldn't gain any fat...and it would all be salt and sugar weight. She said I would have to eat like crap every single day for a month to do any real damage and that she couldn't expect her clients to stay OP during vacation when she sure doesn't. She said I would come back, get right back on and was confident I could drop another 20 by the holidays.
I don't know what to think of that.
Thoughts?
