Apparently, the only thing I'm losing is my mind! And, I think I've gotten all of the Halloween candy out of my system. I was so good on Halloween night, and then I binged on it all weekend. One chocolate hangover later, I don't even want to look at it :)

I am still in ketosis, even though I am not losing very fast I know I am doing this correctly and eventually it will come off. It just that slow losing has always been an issue for me and I get upset often if I think about it too much. First time I did Atkins weight drop off in buckets..it doesn't do that anymore.

Down 2 ounces. In ketosis, walking, working out at the Pilates studio, eating well and keeping to 1200 calories. Where's my noobie whoosh? Ah well, I've been through this over and over for decades. I know, patience and it will happen. Grrrrr.....

Scale is jumping around but I feel bloated (fingers too) so not a huge surprise. Husband leaves tomorrow for a long weekend leaving me alone with the babies for 4 days but that also means 4 days of super focused diet. I need it, I've not been tracking much this week and that always means carb and calorie creep... My travel scale arrived yesterday - nifty gadget even if I look like a fool balancing on it. I seems to consistently weigh 2 pounds less than my regular scale. A little hard to be certain of that, as we live in an old house that has imperfect (uneven) flooring, and moving the scale a few inches changes my results already. Glad to have it though, we are going out of town again next week.

Down a little more, but after I got home from the gym and showered, I couldn't even move off the couch to make dinner last night! I was in bed by 9 and wasn't hungry. Always makes me slightly nervous that I'm getting sick :(

Oh oh.. a few are up. :(.... salty food again? It will whoosh down! :)

creepers... Not to worry.. working out too.. causes the muscles to hold water to help them repair. Sometimes too, water just does not want to let go... I know on Atkins.. you can eat More Fat (I know contradictory to what we know growing up)... But it works.. read the book for ideas ! :) (macadamia nuts big one!)

Staja.. sounded like your body just needed the rest! and sleep is GOOD medicine too! :)

and MARA woooo woooooo... the dancing helps your body, Mind and SOUL ! and lookee.. your scale too! :D

I'm having a tough time getting off th ground this time. I'm eating well, carbs under 30, daily exercise. For some reason I'm really retaining fluids. Rings are tight.

Down 2 at this point. 142.6 this morning. Yes!!! Thank you for this challenge I've now lost 4.5 pounds so far this month.........I love Atkins when a person is serious and ready to pay-the-price it really works like magic!
